owned consulting practice, he works with Aboriginal non-profits by providing a
range of management and business based services.
has held leadership roles at CIBC Mellon, State Street Canada, RBC Dexia as
well as SS&C Technologies (formerly Financial Models Company, Inc.). He has served on several community boards including the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, Native Women's Resource Centre of Toronto and is currently a member of the Aboriginal Professional Association of Canada Advisory board.
David received his MBA from the Edinburgh School of Business, Heriot Watt University.

Jennifer Abbott, Ojibway, is a results oriented senior
executive professional with extensive knowledge working with non-profit and the
public sector. Her areas of specialization include governance, operations,
evaluations and stakeholder consultations.

organizational change. Maintaining a high level of integrity, fairness and
honesty, her efforts have resulted in the establishment of strong
relationships with public, not-for-profit, and indigenous organizations and
communities. Her past experience includes working with First Nation,
Metis, and Inuit groups on employment and training, skills development and
social justice programs. These experiences have provided her with the tools to
lead small to medium scale consultations, develop program evaluations, and
facilitate needs assessments with a variety of stakeholders.
