David Abbott, MBA 
President/CEO
 
David Abbott, Ojibway, is a seasoned management professional, which includes several years in the private sector, having gained operational, product marketing, business development and client service experience through various roles in the financial industry. Through his CCAB recognized Aboriginal owned consulting practice, he works with Aboriginal non-profits by providing a range of management and business based services.

He has held leadership roles at CIBC Mellon, State Street Canada, RBC Dexia as well as SS&C Technologies (formerly Financial Models Company, Inc.). He has served on several community boards including the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, Native Women's Resource Centre of Toronto and is currently a member of the Aboriginal Professional Association of Canada Advisory board.
 
David received his MBA from the Edinburgh School of Business, Heriot Watt University.

Jennifer Abbott 
Principal 
 
Jennifer Abbott, Ojibway, is a results oriented senior executive professional with extensive knowledge working with non-profit and the public sector. Her areas of specialization include governance, operations, evaluations and stakeholder consultations.
 
For the past 20 years, she has been a leader involved in affecting progressive organizational change. Maintaining a high level of integrity, fairness and honesty, her efforts have resulted in the establishment of strong relationships with public, not-for-profit, and indigenous organizations and communities.  Her past experience includes working with First Nation, Metis, and Inuit groups on employment and training, skills development and social justice programs. These experiences have provided her with the tools to lead small to medium scale consultations, develop program evaluations, and facilitate needs assessments with a variety of stakeholders.
 
Jennifer has a proven track record for being results-oriented, highly analytical, with excellent problem solving and research skills, and has earned the respect of her peers and community leaders. She currently is a board member with Miziwe Biik Development Corporation and The Association for Native Development in the Performing & Visual Arts (ANDPVA).
 

Jennifer received her BA from Ryerson University in Public Administration and Governance.
